Refund Policy

We offer a full 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@hawaiiansilverjewelry.com for a return request. All original packaging should be intact otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. 

If you wish to exchange your item for another, you will have 30 days from the date of your order to do so. Please contact us at info@hawaiiansilverjewelry.com for availability of the item you want in exchange. If the item is available, we will ship it upon receipt of the original (unwanted) item at our expense. If the item is not available, a refund for the purchase price will be issued as soon as we receive your original item.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
