Q: What is your return policy?
A: We believe in customer satisfaction and therefore offer a 30-day return policy for any reason. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number with your return request. Original packaging should also be intact or you will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: Yes, exchanges are welcomed! Please email us at email@example.com for availability of the item you want in exchange. If the item is available, we will ask you to return the item to us and upon receipt, will send the exchange out to you at our expense. If the item you want in exchange is not available, a refund for the purchase price will be issued.
Q: Do your measurements include the bail?
A: No, most of our measurements do not include the bail unless otherwise specified. We have included measurement in inches as well millimeters for your convenience along with a picture of the item on a model. We hope this will help make you see how large/small the item is and hope you keep in mind that the main image is an enlarged picture of the item.
Q: Do your pendants come with chain?
A: Many of our pendants do include a chain. It will be noted in the product description as well as product images. If the pendant you want does not include the chain, please search our store for chains at a nominal price.
Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship using USPS. All domestic orders are shipped in a rigid Priority mail box for ultimate protection and value. Chains that are always free shipping are shipped in a bubble envelope and sent via Standard mail with tracking.
Q: How soon do you ship?
A: We will ship your item within 1-2 business days after your order is received. If there is a problem with your order, you will be notified via email.
Q: I placed an order Friday night but didn't get an email until Monday that the item was unavailable. Why did it take so long?
A: Unfortunately at the moment, we are closed on the weekends and all major Holidays. The earliest we will be able to contact you will be Monday.
Q: I just bought these earrings, why are the backings loose?
A: Silver is a soft metal and backings may tend to "stretch" out. An easy fix to this may be to gently push the round ends of the backings together with your fingers. This will help close the gap of the opening. If this doesn't work, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
